Responsibilities:

Supervise production teams and assign daily tasks across different cable production lines.

Plan, control, and monitor production schedules.

Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of volume, cost, and quality.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in cable manufacturing production management.
